How come many miners insist that despite these precautions (which I confirmed work due to the views of actual miners), CCP should still make it nearly impossible to be suicide ganked? Because it's usually easier and more profitable to complain to the developers to get the game changed instead of adapting to difficult situations. Especially when you're a coward. |

Also, you can't have rich people without poor people. If everyone's rich, then killing/losing Hulks becomes irrelevant as well. |

Maybe it's just my e-honor, but if I cared about killmails, I wouldn't fake them. Defeats the purpose of feeling that you've accomplished something. |

Points are more indicative of a player's abilities than a pure kill count. A pilot who averages ten points a kill with only a few (or one) ships on the killmail is probably more formidable than one who averages .2 points per kill and shares his killmails with dozens of people. This is usually a sign that he has enough competence to engage solo/in small groups instead of just mashing the function keys each time his null blob fc barks out a new name.
I know there are exceptions, I know that people have alts for different play styles, and that some use a lot of neutral assistance to score kills, but in general, this mindset has served me well when evaluating the abilities of people I meet. |
